Stellar Mold & Tool builds a wide variety of Plastic Injection Molds, ranging in size from small M.U.D. inserts to molds that fit press sizes of 500 ton; single cavity to multiple cavity; proto-type to high production class 101; standard runner/gates to hot manifolds with valve gates.

We offer in house a full "turn key" service as needed. Starting with initial part design review, full mold design, CNC programming and machining, high speed graphite machining, CNC EDM machining, wire EDM machining, polishing, assembly and in house mold sampling available.

We can repair/revise 'all' molds as required. Stellar Mold has 'all' the latest in computerized equipment. With our CAD/CAM systems, we are able to give our customers very detailed and accurate mold design prints, with high accuracy being built into all of our finished molds. CNC machining center, CNC Sinker EDM, and Wire EDM are some of the state of the art 'tools' used by our journeyman mold makers.

Our journeyman mold makers are Technical School graduates, who have completed a four year state apprenticeship program, and have a great deal of experience building molds. This allows us to give you Top Quality Molds at a competitive cost and delivery.

Our Quality manual has documented procedures to provide in progress working quality checks.
